Dog Policy

• We gladly welcome guests traveling with dogs, and ask you to be mindful of these policies:

• As much as we love all animals, our pet-friendly rooms are strictly for the dogs. Sorry but that means no cats, rabbits, hamsters, or goldfish.

• Only two dogs allowed per room.

• There are a limited number of dog-friendly rooms.

• A non-refundable dog fee of $50 per dog, per night will be charged to your reservation upon check-in. This fee will not apply to guide dogs or assistive dogs.

• A valid credit card number must remain on file at the front desk.

• You must make your guest room available to housekeeping and/or maintenance needs and you must arrange to have your dog(s) secured or out of the room to accommodate this service. Housekeeping services will be rendered between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm.

• Dog(s) must weigh less than 80 pounds.

• Dog(s) must be on a controlled leash at all times when not in the room.

• On hotel grounds, dog(s) may only be walked on designated dog areas.

• You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside trash receptacle or as otherwise designated.

• Any damages caused by your dog(s) to your room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are your sole responsibility. Hotel pillows and towels are for the use of human guests only and these items may not under any circumstances be used by or for the dog(s) staying in the room. Your account will be charged an automatic fee of $250 for any damages caused by your dog(s) to your room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel. Your room is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout. An additional cost may be charged commensurate to the damage incurred.

• Noise/Disruptive complaints: If hotel management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for your dog. The dog fee cannot be refunded once the dog has been in the guest room.
