Chet
Meet our General Manager! Chet loves hospitality and he loves Cape May. One of the ways he gives back to the community is by organizing our local beach cleanups.
What do you think separates the Boarding House from other hotels in Cape May?
Our sustainable practices and the fact that our rooms are brimming with local goods, from the coffee to the soaps to the artwork on the walls!
Which amenity would you enjoy most if you were to stay at the Boarding House?
It’s a toss-up between our rooftop deck or our complimentary cruisers from Priority Bikes.
What is one thing someone MUST do while visiting Cape May?
You’ve got to climb the lighthouse (all 199 steps!) and drink at least one orange crush.
Best spot in the Cape May area to grab a bite/drink after a long day at work?
Tough one – The Schooner at the Lobster House is a cool spot, but we love to go to Mayer’s Tavern or Taco Caballito.
In three words, describe the Boarding House!
Fun, friendly, vacation-ready! I know, I know, that was kinda four words.
